Overview
Mayfair Hotel Weekend Special will be a promotion targeting at increasing footfall and sign ups; guests to book a weekend at the Hotel will receive R100 in Non-Redeemable Credits, guests with no cards will be required to register as members of our Mayfair Casino Rewards Club to qualify for this promotion.
The promotion will only be on a weekend starting on Friday, Saturday & and ending on a Sunday. However, the vouchers can only be redeemed during the promotional weekend when they receive the voucher.
Guests will be approached by staff and assisted to register should they not be registered as members and they will be presented with a signed letter to use at Cash Desk to redeem their Non-Redeemable of R100. Guests that have cards will be checked on Game Smart to confirm they are Approved and not Self-Exclusions or Suspended, after confirmation they will receive a signed letter to use at Cash Desk to redeem their Non-Redeemable of R100.
Eligibility to Enter the Promotion
- No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
- This Promotion is only Valid to Mayfair Casino Rewards Club Members.
- Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
- This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
Prize Breakdown and Draw Schedule
- Winners will receive their prize letters by doing the following.
- Should they book a weekend stay at Mayfair Hotel during the promotional period.
- Should they be Mayfair Casino Rewards Card members or have their proof of Identification to willingly sign up as Mayfair Casino Rewards Card members.
- By visiting Cash Desk for verification/ confirmation to get their Membership card loaded with R100 non-redeemable.
- The letter received at the hotel will only be valid during the course of their stay on that specific weekend and the date of issuing the NRC Prize letter must be valid for the timeframe that they will be redeeming same.
- This promotion is valid for one win per person during the promotional period.
- Possible Prize Winners must present their SA ID document, Valid Passport or Valid SA Driver’s License at Cash Desk. If their identity cannot be verified, then they will not be eligible for possible prize.
- Should prize winner not present the letter at Cash Desk, they will not receive their win.
- Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
- Possible winners will receive a signed letter by Marketing/ Gaming/ General Manager to collect their prize win of R100 in non-redeemable credits.
- Entries CANNOT be purchased for cash, or through any other method or arrangement.
- All decisions of Mayfair Casino are final, binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
- The dates and times set for this promotion are not final, Mayfair Casino Management can and will change the dates or cancel this promotion should there be reasons that imposes otherwise.
- Any person transgressing the Rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
- In the event of technical failure or damage to the devices used for the promotion, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
- Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the Rules by virtue of their participation.
- Any complaints and/or disputes can be lodged with the ECGB.
- The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
